Audition Information

I will post Audition times by 10 pm. Anyone who enters after will just have to be at the end of the list and I'll post a final list thursday night. Auditions will be:

-Friday starting at 5 pm (remember everyone has their personal time slot, (arrive no later than 5 min before, no earlier than 10 before)

-AT GRAVITY DANCE CENTER LOCATED AT 423 W COAL CREEK RD. If you take main street to coal creek and theres only one way you can turn, but if you're coming from fiddlers area you'll be turning right, if you're coming from sizzlers you'll be turning left. It will be on your left right off Coal Creek. If you have any problems finding it, let me know. I will have my phone on me 691-4014.

-MAKE SURE TO BRING A SIGNED COPY OF THE ENTRY FORM. YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE IF YOU DO NOT BRING A SIGNED COPY

-If you have not gotten a backing track to me, I need that in my hands NO LATER THAN THURSDAY, AUGUST 23 BY 10 AM. This is way later than I ever intended to allow, but there have been some circumstances and if I allow one, I have to allow everyone to turn it in late. However, if I do not have it in my hands or in my email box by THURSDAY, AUGUST 23 BY 10 AM be aware that you may not be eligible to compete. DO NOT FORGET THAT YOUR PERFORMANCE WILL BE TIMED, WHETHER WITH OR WITHOUT BACKING TRACK AND IF YOUR TALENT EXCEEDS 2 MIN THE JUDGES WILL BE NOTIFIED AND YOU MAY BE INELIGIBLE TO WIN. I would highly suggest those playing a live instrument to practice it timed as many times as possible so you are confident in it being under the allowed time, sometimes when you get nervous it can speed you up or slow you down. I am updating my list, the column that says "backing track" is whether or not I'm planning on you playing a live instrument or if you're planning on using a backing track. "Y" means you're using a backing track, "N/A" means you're not. Contact me if:
-You do not see your name on this list (remember if you are performing more than once you should see your name twice)
-Your name is highlighted, it means I'm missing something
-The backing track is innacurate, if theres a "Y" and you're not planning to use one, or if it says "N/A" and you planning on using one...even if you're playing an instrument along with it, I need to know in order to make sure I have one in the first place and make sure that its cued and ready to go when you come.
